I speak about what happens when a child is given a real decision to make, and what we learn by watching them make it.
- What we measure, and what we miss. We grade whether a child finished the lesson, not whether it changed a single decision they make with money.
- Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. The children I grew up with were never short on ability, only on a door. I make that case from the inside.
- The structure underneath the thing. Most businesses don’t fail at the idea. They fail at the layer beneath it, the parts nobody photographs.
